I’m a creative and crafty person, who is insatiably curious. I enjoy making things; learning about new subjects, and expanding my knowledge on topics I’m already familiar with; and then sharing what I’ve done or learned with the people around me.

Topics in this blog are likely to include, but not be limited to, things like:

• Crafts – quilting, crochet, knitting, etc.
• DIY – soap making, home building, furniture making, etc.
• Cooking and baking – some healthy, some indulgent, all tasty.
• My latest research topics – this will vary. It could go anywhere, as my curiosity tends to do.
• Reviews – from the books and articles I’ve been reading, to customer service (I love to rave about excellent service I have received, and have no tolerance for poor service), and anything else I can maybe give useful feedback on.
• Community and social groups – I play with people from all over the world in a historical re-creation group, and love to participate in events and activities that promote community support and growth, among other things.
